Gosport & Fareham

Normally the start of our season. Peter puts on a varied show at the Gosport Easter Festival. Check out the list on the website and get yourself a season ticket as soon as possible.

Here are some of my thoughts about facilities in Fareham. (Must update it soon.)

Oxford

After the Gosport Festival this year. Our visits to Oxford over the last few years, for the Festival, have been marvellous.

All the Workshops we went to were very impressive. The Cornbury stage has some great acts every year. This year I got my dates wrong and spent the weekend thinking I should have been doing something and felt really upset when I checked on Sunday evening. Must do better next year.

Wessex

Both visits have been tremendously worthwhile. A really fun break away from home with lovely scenery and some really enjoyable singarounds.

Looking forward to booking for this year.

Winchester

Winchester Mayfest became a Folk, roots and blues festival according to the webpage.
Also can be found on MySpace and FaceBook. Possibly only events on Saturday this year?

Wimborne

We really only went to this one because we were harried by our pet accordionist but it was well worth it all the same. The picnic by the car while we waited for him to get up was good and then we went off to the music. Must go this year to see my Brother in Law who is performing.
